5 /5 Tea Swartz: I love going into old navy but I like to hit there for certain pieces and I like not going in all the time it makes me really look hard for good finds.

1 /5 Trang Lai: Worst customer service. You can automatically tell they are not US based. I called because I never received my pkg and the tracking, keeps showing a label was created but not picked up by the carrier. I first did a chat and got the run around, then I called in and I requested to speak to a manager. Of course they said that department was closed. Laughable because every business has a manager available, he just didnt want me to complain about him. Anyway, paid for my stuff, never got it and now I have to open a case to say I didnt receive it, even though it shows that on the tracking. I dont EVER want to shop there again. I am not a big ON fan to begin with but needed chinos for my son. He said his name was Chris but couldnt pronounce it, had to have him spell it!

5 /5 David Tyson: I went in looking for a pair of cargo shorts and the prettiest brown eyed girl who works there informed me that they were having a sale on the Old Navy brand of shorts. She was very kind and helpful, and very professional. The entire staff all had positive attitudes and great customer service. I highly recommend coming here to shop.

5 /5 Sharon Engdahl: My husband and I had a wonderful time shopping at Old Navy in Colonial Commons earlier this evening. Bought our grandchildren great outfits at super great prices. The cashier was so nice and personable. We will shop there more often.
