steph Alessandro I have been a long time customer of this Plato’s closet with most of my wardrobe coming from here where I got amazingggg deals over the years since they were in their other location. I love the clothes but I love the customer service even more. The staff always greets me and remembers me being a long time customer. In fact I just went to their grab bag sale where Paige, who has been there a long time was so helpful with explaining the process of how it works and what would be the most beneficial way to go about it. I have also had multiple encounters with Gwen who works there and she is always so friendly and gives me honest opinions about what I am picking out, girl to girl that is super important! I always love how the staff is always smiling and inviting. I will forever recommend Plato’s to everyone when looking for a good deal and great people! Way to go Plato’s!!

Fredy Ramirez A great place to find nice looking clothing at cheaper prices! Theres a large variety of clothes and plenty of clearance items that let you get a great deal! There are fitting rooms where you can try on what youre looking at!

Krista Cantrell I went into the store all scruffy after a long work week and came out with more than I expected! Ive passed by Lila’s window countless times on my daily walks, but I finally checked it out today. The store is so nice and the owner was AMAZING. Attentive, yet easygoing and I even learned some back story about how they opened and the designers they buy from. Excellent service and I got some really cute pieces. Cant wait to finally dress up and show them off!

ORIGINAL REVIEW, 2019: Not 5 stars only because its a small store compared to others Ive been to but I do have to say the employees here were great and I will definitely return over and over because of the customer service and courteous manners of the employees. UPDATED REVIEW, about a year after: Doesnt matter its a smaller store because the people that work here esp Wanda are awesome. They are great every single time I go in. I love this Sallies! Highly recommend. I hope one day soon they start accepting debit cards. UPDATE OCTOBER 2020: Unfortunately something happened to the buildings structure unrelated to the corona and this location hasnt reopened after the quarantine. I really miss this store so much and am really hoping they put the work in to needed repairs or get another location in Shamokin and get it reopened ASAP. Wanda is such a pleasant person to deal with and I hope shes doing well despite not having a job to go back to here. Shamokin really needs quality thrift stores and this was really it and it definitely hurts the town to not have a presence here anymore. Please, guys, get a location in Shamokin up and running again. UPDATE, 2022: They are reopened! So happy!
