5 /5 A. “BackSeatRider” W.: My husband ordered a Beautiful Disaster hoodie for Christmas for me through their online store. After receiving it for Christmas and wearing it a couple of times, the poor quality of the shirt really showed. Within two washings, the seam were coming loose and small holes started forming. I was worried that since it was now outside of the 30 day return period, there was nothing I could do about it even though, I technically only had it for a few weeks. I decided to call the store anyway and was told the owner would call me back. And she did! The next day I received a phone call and she was happy to make things right for me. I told her I was hesitant to receive another of the same hoodie because I didnt trust the quality. She later sent me photos of hoodies she had in stock, in my size and allowed me to pick one I liked. I chose one and received within a few days! This one is from beautiful disaster as well, but it is much better. 5 stars for excellent customer service!
