John K We vetted 3 different closet designers. Cindy, with Closet Factory, had the best layout ideas and was most flexible with different designs we requested. There was nearly nothing that closet factory could not do, which was not the case with other vendors. Cindy also gave us great guidance, recommendations for us to consider, and provided many different options and layouts for us to compare. The install team was professional and extremely thorough from start to finish. My favorite part was that they screwed something up. They owned it and all teams handled it like true pros. In fact, they were the ones that pointed it out to us. Talk about trust. I’ve done countless house projects with many different contractors and vendors. It’s ones like these that I will continue to do business with and recommend without question. We couldn’t be happier with Closet Factory from start to finish.
