Tom Primak There is a DXL store about 15 minutes from my house in NJ but I usually prefer to shop in Wilkes-Barre when I can. The reason for that is the truly exceptional customer service. Not to say that the Paramus store is bad but Ted, Lorraine and Jackie have consistently shown themselves to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their outgoing and accommodating personalities also make it feel more like catching up with old friends than just going shopping. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

I was on the hunt for a specific type of pants for my son and the staff went above and beyond by checking their stock and finding the type of pants online to be ordered and delivered to my house. The ladies also took the time to point out some fantastic deals that were eligible for additional discounts. I bought three pants and two shirts for under $75. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
