The Red Zone - (Near Neshannock Township, PA)

1 /5 Ryan: This is hands down the worst store in the area. The customer service is appalling—rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. The store itself is messy and poorly maintained, making it hard to find anything worth buying. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here, and I won’t be returning. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Worst store in Neshannock. The guy at the counter is nothing but an old rude man that wears tight clothing and thinks he’s strong. This place needs closed down, they do not know anything about business and customer service.

1 /5 Bob B: The owner Mark should be ashamed of himself, how he acts with customers. I would choose any other t shirt store than his, even I have to drive. I want nothing to do with this store.

5 /5 Robert Walker: If you are contemplating an individual purchase, team, or organization, I highly recommend the services of The Red Zone and their staff. I, myself had over a $10,000 order and my needs were met seamlessly. They took care of the design, ordering, and distribution. I’ve spent more time in a McDonalds drive-thru for breakfast than I did for this transaction. After having terrible service from other companies in the past, there is no doubt we will be back for years to come. Special thanks to Mark and Andrea!!!
