Efrain Feliberty Very busy. I found out the time to go is after 5pm. Much less ppl traffic. You can shop in peace without ppl coming down the Isle with a full cart. Burlington is a great place to get great steals. But you got to be very detailed in looking at the clothes or sneakers. Always try it on.

Jenn Vannatten This Wilmington road New Castle PA store is the NEW store in New Castle PA. Smaller than the old store, much cleaner, and more pleasant. Stock was low on some items, and had an abundance of household knick knacks, plates & cups. They are still working on getting set up and adding even more items.
