5 /5 Jonathan Berman: My wife and I are regular customers of WHBM and we get promotional emails from them often. The latest had an expiration today while we were on a road trip (VT to DC), so we looked at online options but prefer to try things on. As such, Googled closest shops and ended up at Susquehenna Marketplace near Harrisburg, PA. I always pay close attention as WHBM staff is what I really appreciate. This shop does not disappoint. It was a great pick as Michael and Janet were on duty as my wife went through the process of trying on many outfits. Both were helpful and patient (particularly with the multiple "not this" hand backs). They were also great at suggesting combos and sizes. After a few hours we walked out with a half dozen beautiful, classy pieces and the promos (THREE + Select Styles discount) made us even give a shout out to the value we received. C-Suite, kudos to Michael and Janet at this locale. Assets to your operations. Keep up the great work. Back soon at one of your locales.

5 /5 Spencer Gorley: They have the most effective staff and the checkout process takes about 3 minutes. The store needs to improve its inventory as the search for seasonal items were not on display so the options that I were looking for due to it being on the inside of the racks instead of out front. These common problems I found at the Rehoboth Beach location. I still have no regrets shopping there and plan to return

5 /5 Ben: Quick service For returns, only boutique items are accepted. The tags are black and the name is spelled out. For outlet items, the tag is white and the label is WHBM.

5 /5 Jeri Melhorn: This is absolutely my favorite store. I not only love the clothes, but the service is amazing. Michael is always friendly, courteous and provides the best most honest feedback. When I ask if something looks good on me, he will always give me an honest answer. I dont want to be told something looks good on me, when it actually doesnt. He is great at choosing clothes for me that I normally wouldnt choose. Hes always amazing. All the other employees are great too. Love everything about WHBM.
