Luna Munoz I ordered a cup and it arrived broken. I emailed them and they sent a new cup within a few days! The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. They sent the new cup wrapped in bubble wrap and removed the straw so it wouldn’t break this time. I would definitely order from their website again.
