Mary Vargas My Castle Boutique truly deserves recognition for their outstanding customer service, especially Ally. Although we did not purchase our dress there because they did not carry the specific designer we were looking for, Ally was still incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. We were so impressed by the level of service that we returned to My Castle Boutique to purchase a petticoat hoop skirt and to have alterations done on our dress. Ally provided excellent customer service every step of the way — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a boutique that treats you with such respect and warmth even when you don’t initially make a full purchase. We truly appreciated the experience and highly recommend My Castle Boutique and Ally for their exceptional service and expertise.

Nicole Caldwell I didnt find a cocktail or formal dress I was looking for, but I did find this high-low magnolia flower dress I fell in love with!! I was not expecting it to be so dang cute. Its polyester sadly, but Im obsessed with the magnolia flowers! I also have a lace infinity scarf from Francescas but it was a present, so this is my first time buying something from them.

Ari GB I was excited that they brought a Victoria Secret to the Brazos Town Center and now I dont have to drive to First Colony Mall anymore. When I can into the store I was greet by Serena who super friendly and able to help me find everything I needed. At the time I was checking out I was attended by the bubbly personality of LeeLee. I loved how clean and well organized the store was kept. I was happy that they carried some larger size in styles I wanted. Would definitely be shopping here more.
