I stopped by today just because I was in the area, and I ended up finding a great deal along with two items I’d been looking for everywhere else without success. Each visit feels like a new experience thanks to the incredible staff. One clerk even recognized me from a visit months ago, and we shared a great conversation. The service, the people, and the leadership all stand out. I honestly wish every retail store operated like this!

I half-expected them to rappel from the ceiling to offer me assistance. Instead, they gave me top-notch customer service—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Not only did they know their gear inside and out, but they also made shopping feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with your funny, heavily bearded cousins who also happen to be tactical gear ninjas.
