Barbara Roberts To be honest, I havent bought any shoes here for a couple of years. I havent needed to, the shoes are good quality, and last forever. Im looking for a replacement pair of Sketchers for myself now, thats why I am on the site. I think the prices are very reasonable, as are the brands and quality.

Katie I’m writing to give kudos to one of the managers - Alicia Sherwood. I stopped in this morning to exchange a T-shirt. I’m on crutches due to a bad hip. Alicia approached me with a smile to ask if I wanted help, which I was so grateful for and happily accepted. Alicia walked to the rack to get the shirt in the correct size, took me to the register without waiting in line, so graciously got my pickup orders for me, AND carried my bags out to the car for me. 11/10 service by Alicia. A true angel on earth and incredibly kind. Thank you, Alicia, for making such an impact and providing outstanding customer service! The store was also very clean and organized - and the Christmas items are beautifully displayed! If I was able to walk more easily I would’ve shopped for more!

Joce Turner Rue21 has the stuff my grandsons like and some things i like its a clothing store for the young people. I love Rue21 i dont have to go online just straight to the store. I like to see what I am buying in person.
