5 /5 Tera H: In a world where we are sometimes quick to criticize, but not always quick to applaud…I needed to make sure I gave a shout out for the outstanding service I received at this store! We had an amazing experience at this location. It was my first experience with this brand. We were walking the area and I decided to check it out with my daughter. The floor was well zoned with staff and the recovery for a busy Saturday was exceptional. The staff wasn’t over bearing but still always there when you needed assistance. The fitting rooms were beautiful and the staff zoned to them were on top of checking in. They even used a check mark system on their plaques to make sure you were checked on which I appreciated. Every single employee was friendly and attentive. The whole experience was great. Extremely well ran store with great service standards! I would have to say, the ambiance, customer service and selection made it one of my best shopping experiences. We will definitely be back!

Every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful—they made sure I had a dressing room and checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. Brooke was also one of the sweetest employees I’ve ever interacted with. She was so kind to both me and my baby girl and made the checkout process feel genuinely pleasant. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable!

5 /5 Ana Nelson: I came to this location on 8/10/25. It was very busy due to tax free weekend and the upcoming school week. However, from the moment I walked in the store, I experienced amazing customer service. Everyone had a smiling face and an eagerness to help. The store was also very well organized and maintained considering how busy it was. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Claire. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was extremely sweet and genuine and made me feel comfortable! I will continue to come back to this location for its customer service alone.
