3 /5 K O: Black Friday was crazy but we were greeted and it felt like there were plenty of employees available to help. I think we just chose the wrong one. There was a brown plaid coat hung very high and we asked Abbie S to get it down for us. She got the long hook and started bringing coats down, unfortunately, they were not in size order. She asked what size and I said Small or Medium. She handed us a small and put all the coats back before checking with us and when we told her we needed the medium she was so salty. We were apologetic (we work in retail) she knocked down boots on the shelf below and I picked them up. We told her we knew what a pain it was, she wouldnt even look at us. When she handed us the medium, she just started putting them back up again and walked away. I know black Friday is a very long day but we also went out of our way to be friendly, even apologetic and she was quite rude.
