Trish Had a great experience at the Carhartt store in Tyler, Texas. The gentleman who helped us was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options, fit and durability without ever rushing us or making us feel sold to.What really stood out was how well he knew the history of the brand and the store itself, and how genuinely proud he seemed to work—just authentic passion and great customer service. That kind of customer service is rare these days and really stood out. The store was clean and well-organized. The whole experience reminded me why Carhartt has such a loyal follwing. Well definitely be back!

Lindsay Lauren Personally I had a wonderful experience because of this young lady who I forgot her name I believe it started with an S I think, she’s a new hire, tall, 17 almost 18 yrs she told me she was. But out of everyone she was the sweetest! Always there to help me, had a positive attitude with all guest, including with me, she smiled always. Moving back and forward with enthusiasm doing her work. Very sweet young lady, honestly out of all the girls not gonna lie. Y’all are very lucky to have her!
