1 /5 Abby Ramirez: So I bought a shirt off the website and waited a week for an email telling me it had been shipped. I live about an hour away from the store, but didnt want to deal with Houston traffic. So I called the store, and the guy picked up the phone and said, "Hello?" Im confused, thinking I called a random number and said "Hello?" I had to ask if this was the store. Who picks up a workplace phone and doesnt say "Hello, how can I help you or the store name? Im calling a business, not an old friend. I asked about my order, and it turns out they didnt have the shirt this whole time. The guy just said, "Oh yeah, that shirt we looked for and couldnt find it." EXCUSE ME? Thats it? So why have it on the website? So, dont buy things online from this store, you pay and dont get the item. I wont be shopping in person either because of the rude phone call. It sucks because the shirt was for my boyfriends birthday and its very upsetting. Oh, also, the shirt was 70 dollars. The guy said he put in a refund request for the shirt, but I havent gotten an email for it. I will keep this post updated and see how long till I get my money back. Such an awful way to run a business
