1 /5 J C: Arrived to purchase Caroline Herrera perfume today 21 jan 2026. Noticed parking lot very empty. Lady attending perfume sales was cleaning. I asked for assistance and she answered a few questions. She never stopped cleaning. I figured it out on my own. I notified her I was ready to make a $100 plus purchase. She kept cleaning. I waited and finally had enough and left. Maybe explains empty parking lot. Im just a guy trying to purchase a birthday gift. I went to Ultra Beauty next door and made my purchase with FULL assistance.

5 /5 Stephanie Barry: Went into this location hoping to exchange a purse I received as a gift. It still had all the tags and was in same condition it left the store in. I approached the customer service rep and he processed the return. Upon handing me a gift ( as I didnt have original purchase receipt), I saw that I received a whooping $28 on the card. The purse goes for $76 per the website. I promptly asked why the amount was so low And was told it was reduced as I didnt have original purchase receipt. I was rather put off by the lack of people skills this CSR had. After thinking it over, I asked to see the manager. The store manager, I believe his name was Jason, went above and beyond and ensured I left happy. I was just gonna ask for purse so I could get receipt and the full refund for it, but he went ahead and gave me the current price its going on a gift card. Thank you Jason for upholding customer service in your position. I appreciate you putting me above the mighty dollar. I will be returning because you made me feel like a valued customer.

1 /5 Jessica N: No A/C. On Sunday afternoon, the cashier at the first register on the left had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. She was extremely rude, first to the couple in front of us (Hispanic descent), and then to my autistic 6-year-old. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last. The store was silent and half empty, which says a lot. Cashier # 005169. 09/21/2025.

I love my new Tahoe. Our sales person was on it oh and happy birthday I love my Tahoe thank you again.
