1 /5 Etienne4life: I was trying on some boots, and an employee came over to see if I needed any help. I mentioned I was just looking and that I was okay. He suggested a few options, but after a few minutes, I was expecting him to say, “If you need any help, just let me know, I’ll be close by.” Instead, he just stayed there, about two or three feet away, watching me. If I walked down the aisle, he would follow. I tried on a few more boots, and he was still just watching. It made me feel very uncomfortable, and it cost them a $200 sale. It’s perfectly fine to be customer-friendly, but if it becomes too much, it can actually hurt your business.

The pair I chose was unfortunately missing its match, but Billy worked tirelessly to try and locate it for me. When we couldn’t find it at first, Brittany stepped in and continued the search, ultimately helping me track down the pair at another location. They both maintained a friendly attitude while helping me and ensured I was taken care of. Super thankful for Brittany and Billy and their willingness to help!
