1 /5 hollie Watson Silver Jag Ranch: I ordered boots on Sheplers. Had them delivered to Boot Barn. There was a factory defect on one of them. I wanted to stick with the Dan Post boot. Boot Barn never has my size. I wear a 7. All they had was 8 & 1/2. Thinking I could "make these work", I wore them for about 6 hrs around the house. They felt like snowshoes. I took them back, thinking they would have to order me my size. The young man at the counter made me feel like a criminal. His first & immediate response was, "We cant take these back. They have been worn. I mean, just look at them!" I was shocked! I said, "I thought there was a 30 day return window. Can I just get my money back?" Then he said, "Just a minute." Disappeared, leaving me & the Hubs wondering what we are in for. Then he comes back and miraculously produces a new pair in my size! Has me sign slips for an "even exchange". Never saying once, "So sorry. Hope these will work for you. Thanks so much. Hope to see you again." Nothing. Never another word from him. We got my boots, walked out. Will never go in again. Cant wait for Cavenders to open!
