Boot Barn - Shop TX (Near Georgetown)

Art Mom Quality, curated items in a tidy and organized shop. What a fun find just off the square in historic, downtown SanMarcos. Friendly, helpful workers and cashiers. Reasonable thrift prices at this church thrift shop, and all for a worthy cause. I enjoy hunting around for a vintage treasure or an item for my “art mom” wardrobe, and I will definitely be back to this repeatable place. 7/2025 UPDATE: I was eager to visit this cute shop with my out of town guest. We checked the online listing to make sure we arrived with plenty of time to shop. However, when we arrived, we unexpectedly found the shop closed. There was a note on the door explaining the closure (a memorial service, and then the Fourth of July holiday.) I understand these reasons at this volunteer-operated shop. However, I definitely will CALL FIRST next time, before making the drive all the way to SanMo!

Mary Ramsey Olive Garden birthday lunch . My moms and my birthday. I shared my birthday gift of dessert with mom and daughter. Food was great as always. Watermelon sangria was awesome. Mom dont like wine and enjoyed it.

violeta nino We had such a wonderful experience at My Dream & More in Brownsville. Diana and all the ladies are very respectful and go above and beyond for you! I definitely recommend them. My daughter got her Sweet 16 dress with them & I got my dress with them as well. Very content customer, will be returning in the future

Dayton Vause Really well stocked store with a lot of stuff you wouldn’t think they would have. Very nice people. Great prices as well and they don’t have to do that. I was very happy to find out they even carry some lumber also. Any store where you can buy nails by the pound is a real hardware store.
