2 /5 Christina Cortez: Favorite place to shop always come to this location grab what I need and more yesterday I got my hat reshaped I was excited ,asked questions but seems like they didnt want to do it wasnt a very hard shape a JB but said it cant be done to look at other hats I literally bought the hat 2 weeks ago I have plenty but ok I wanted to record the hat being shaped but I didnt want to intrude as I already seemed to be bothering the lady. I went to another boot barn ALLLL THE WAY TO AUSTIN SAME DAY from San Marcos and they did it exactly how I wanted it even asked if I wanted to get hat accessories to add in future they upselled me items and I bought about everything offered ,San Marcos could of made the amount I spent if they would upsell and care for customers when getting hats reshaped bought through the location now I know NOT to get my hat shaped at the San Marcos location.

5 /5 Jason Edward Rodriguez: I finally bought my first pair of Boot Barn boots and I love them so much! I went with an Ariat boot and I had a 15% off coupon that they emailed me. Came out to be a little bit over $200 but I think it was well worth it because they seem very high quality and I think theyre going to probably last a very long time.
