Frisco Ang Amy was a great help! I needed to return and exchange an item. She was juggling the phone, another customer with an online pick up order, and me. She was kind and helpful to all of us. Often the phone takes precedence over the customer in person, and the customer in store has to wait -which is incorrect. But Amy made us all feel like we were important and we received the attention we needed in a timely manner. Thank you for the great customer service!

Allyson Rodriguez In a world where kindness is rare; I want to thank Dianna and Jackie at the 22625 Tomball Pky location, who helped me today. I came in to return clothes that I purchased online, that were too big. Instead of just processing the return, they came from behind the counter and helped me find the right sized pants, blouses, a cardigan and matching jewelry. Thanks to them, I left with two beautiful outfits, a purse and matching jewelry. One that I intend to wear at my interview tomorrow. Definetly will be shopping at this location more. Eyerus O May not have been the best idea to be out today doing errands, but my sons wedding is fastly approaching. As soon as we walked we realized the store was busy, but the service we received was excellent! Specifically with Sergio he made sure everyone in the store was taken care of and not to mention his knowledge of colors, measurements and what would be the best for the wedding group. Sergios positive attitude and efficiency made the trip worthwhile.
