1 /5 Constance Jones: I’d rate it 0 if I could. My grandson bought a mask the morning of our cruise. We left the house and he had put the mask and receipt on table, forgetting to take it on the cruise. Two hours after returning from cruise we took it back unopened. A refund would be great but there is a sign saying only exchanges. I asked him if we could exchange it for something else, since it was unopened. He refused and said sorry, no refund no exchange. In other words, you just lost $50. It was obviously unopened and we had receipt. He could have kept a customer and allowed us to get something else. He was rude, looking down the entire time.
