5 /5 Tiffany Dumont: Absolutely love this place and the employees know me by name. They all treat me like I’m someone who needs to be known and treated with absolute respect. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to every need and request. Plus they know all there products and what exactly you’re asking for before you even know. Alejandro was my last employee I interacted with and he as absolutely wonderful with my sons first time shopping at the buckle with me.

So customer service goes along ways for me, and hey guess where I will be shopping again and again moving forward This store right here. I appreciate your asking me the questions. It lets me know that you guys didnt forget about me. The guy who helped me had on some gold glasses and was very freaking helpful. Hell, they need more of him throughout the damn mall. Half of the other stores, you got ppl too damn busy singing or ignoring. Not at buckle they get it done right the first time. It was Eduardo. Thanks, my guy.
