Burlington - (Near Lewisville, TX)

1 /5 Jaisy Jose: I purchased a Christmas tree from the Lewisville store that was already slightly broken. On the day of purchase, the manager gave us a discount and cashier Sophie clearly told us that the item could be returned if needed. We only agreed to buy it because of this assurance. When I went back today to return the item, the manager Sopha refused the return, saying that discounted items cannot be returned. This completely contradicts what we were told at the time of purchase. This was a very frustrating experience and felt misleading. If the return was not allowed, that should have been clearly communicated upfront. Because of this poor customer service and lack of consistency, I will not be returning to this store.

3 /5 Michael: Overall cleaniness is that of any other Burlington, ross, etc. However good luck trying to find an employee to unlock the restroom. Why lock the restroom at all and put a code on them?? This store is not great.

1 /5 Brittany Chandler: Went into the store once it opened … shopped for about 30 minutes had a basket of items I wanted to purchase to get in line at 9:33 to be told a manager was not in the store and they could not open the registers without a manager. Wow! So the manager is late the associates can’t help check customers out and purchases lost!

1 /5 Sundar Chandran: First of all the floor in charge was very rude and not looking to help the customer and makes the shopping experience very bad. When my wife had to use the rest room, I was sent in circles as it needed a code to enter and each of them points to the other and delayed longer. When I finally got to someone she mentioned that she will close the bathrooms one hour before the store closes. When I confronted that we are paying customers and finally she agreed to let her in but not without contempt. She states " her being a mother has nothing to do with using the restroom". And I agree, being a customer should be enough for them to do this. This store lacks basic courtesy and decency and I would avoid this store. Also there was only one check-out operating even though they had more staff I have been to Burlington many times in the past and this was not a good experience. Burlington have to seriously consider training their staff to be customer focused and sensitive

1 /5 Brittany Thompson: I WILL NOT be back to this location! They denied me and my service dog into the store because he didn’t have a proper vest on. EXCUSE ME? Please know your laws properly!! I will be reporting this!
