1 /5 ChelsComics X: Messy and unprofessional. They called for the next customer to come to a register. We told him we called regarding slippers and he leaves us at the register. We had to get back in line. Then leaving loss preventiom saw us pay for a pair of shoes but needed to check the receipt. And they shouldnt let staff wear excessive piercing. The lady that checked us out had three piercing in her lip plus a bull nose ring. Children shouldnt have to look at unatural stuff like that.

5 /5 Charlotte: Very organized and so clean. Nothing in floors. Its easy to see everything. Im very impressed by this location. Im originally from CNY and our stores are not this nicely taken care of.

1 /5 LaRon: Ivy made my mind up tonight to rate him and only him one star rating . Reason being I am not familiar with him because I dont visit the store enough tonight was my first night Having a Serious issue with Ivy. I was shopping my the men section . And ivy was pushing this cart so fast past me it made me feel unsafe and comfortable while shopping in the stores are customer. I got Ivys attention firmly and seriously I did not use curse words to watch him I just let him know that he made me feel unsafe. And that he needed to slow down. I asked who the manager was of the store he said it was him. I appreciate hard dedicated workers here at Burlington and their time and effort they put in day in and day out I myself work for retail store I also appreciate Ivys apology. He gave even though I believe it was not truly genuine. And true After looking in this guys eyes he is not one of my favorite persons after tonight. Thats how I truly feel. This can change with his actions going forward when Im in the store shopping whenever I come to visit. I appreciate all the other associates all the other associates here have been friendly and kind to me but not ivy tonight.

2 /5 Ice Qu: While the selection varies with the season and thats nice, I cannot say I really liked shopping here. There were noisy merchandise alarms going off, no staff visible anywhere, including at the registers, and it just didnt work for me. I saw lots of nice sofa throws, a cute coat, fun beauty accessories, toys for the kids. But I didnt want to pick up anything and then have to hunt down a cashier, so I left without buying anything. Probably just a glitch on the day I visited, so I may try again sometime, but not soon.
