Miya I just had to take a moment to shout out Yulissa at Free People Movement — she completely turned my day around. After having a less-than-great experience at another store, I walked into Free People Movement feeling a little disappointed and honestly hesitant. But the moment Yulissa greeted me, everything changed. She was so warm, welcoming, and intentional with her energy. I genuinely felt seen and appreciated. She picked up on how I was feeling without me even saying a word, and made it her mission to give me and my friend the best experience possible. We never felt rushed or like we were being hurried out — instead, she created such a comfortable space for us to browse, try things on, ask questions, and just enjoy the store. Yulissa went above and beyond in every way. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail didn’t just make me feel better — they made me want to come back. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares that much about your experience. I left the store not only with pieces I loved, but with a renewed sense of excitement for shopping again.
