Burlington - Shop TX (Near Pearland)

4 /5 Onyinyechi Egbukwu: I have been shopping at this store for the past couple years and this is the only time I have thought to leave a review. I lost my keys today while shopping with my 3 little ones. Once I realized this, I proceeded to the lost items recovery giy upfront who was no help at all. Upon contacting one of the flirt managers, he was further informed there was nothing that could be done. I feel that he could have at least helped me check the Lost and found items. Then came Tracy, one of the ladies working the floor that my kids had a brief and pleasant conversation encounter with while shopping. She was kind enough to help me go upfront and ask about the keys. Not long after, she returned with my kids and said she was told it had been sitting in the lost and found for a while. I like this store but just like every other store, the people who work at a certain place can either make or break a peace. Today I was in a fragile situation with 3 little kids and Tracy was our saint. Thank you so much Tracy!!!!!!! ❤️

5 /5 Larry Roberts: During my experience shopping at Burlington’s. There was a woman named Deborah who was so helpful. She helped me and guide me to find the things that I needed in the store without hesitation. She does her job very well and she seems to be so passionate about it you can tell this was her calling. I seen her during checkout at the front registers. She was able to delegate to the staff and able to keep the line moving as it was almost wrapped around the store. She was thorough. She was polite and she made my shopping experience a breeze. The next time I come in, I hope she’s working that day.
