1 /5 Clarissa R: Store was not yet closed and the doors were locked 20 minutes before closing and the security guy stood and saw me and hid around the corner so he wouldn’t have to open the door until I called the store and a manager came out very unprofessional and in a rude manner to open the door to let me in. The security guard finally made his way around the corner as soon as the manager opened the door for me and told me “we will close in 15 minutes “ so why have the doors locked if it is not closed ?! The manager continued to follow me around the store and I felt very uncomfortable and don’t think anyone should have to feel that way at all to go into their favorite store! I am very disappointed and think management could be very better! No manager or employee should act like that in retail!

1 /5 Mariah Whitney: While I was in the family dressing room with my three-year-old son, the manager, Robert, made a very unprofessional comment. He said out loud, “I’ve never seen anyone in my life bring a cart into the family dressing room,” which was incredibly rude and unnecessary. I was simply trying to keep my child calm and finish as quickly as possible. It’s extremely disappointing to be talked about in that way by management—especially in a family space where understanding and respect should be a priority.

1 /5 David: I had a really upsetting experience at this Burlington location due to an employee named Brian. He was rude and completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance, repeatedly rolling his eyes and acting annoyed for no reason. What made the situation much worse—and honestly unacceptable—was that he kept staring at my children in a way that made them (and me) very uncomfortable. As a parent, that immediately made me feel unsafe in the store. Because of this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable or safe shopping at this location. Customer service should never make families feel unwelcome or uneasy. I’d say management seriously needs to address this behavior, but given the comments on this “Robert” person I doubt anything will change. NB LOCALS BE WARNED!!!!

1 /5 Donald Thornton: Never get a Burlington credit card. Interest is all jacked up and if you lose your card, it takes an act of God to get a new one and you cannot set up auto pay or log into the account without the card. And then, they cancel our account without even sending notice? Will never do business with Burlington ever again!!! Warning to everyone.
