1 /5 Bibi Heo: This is the worst Burlington ever. The store is always so messy and dirty. Food wraps all over the store. Restrooms always smell foul and always disgusting. Cashier lines with only 3 or 4 lanes open when there’s a whole line wrapped around the store. Things are missing from items or broken. Shut down this trash immediately.

1 /5 Dez Ree-Os: They have only 3 cashiers for over 100 people in store. In line this pic shows those in front of me not to mention those behind me. They should have more cashiers good grief. Have been waiting in line for about 45miniutes. If you are willing to wait or Dont have places to be then this is the place for you. Eat your heart out. Lol

1 /5 Book Dragon: Nightmare Shopping Experience(HOUR LONG WAIT, PRICES NOT HONORED REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE) My sister has been scoping out an item in the clearance aisles for about a month. She was super excited to see the price dropped $8.69. It was originally discounted to $34.79. The $8.69 sticker was originally between the item and black lid because it was in a security case, so you actually had to pick it up and look at it to see it. The clearance sticker could not have been switched because it was in a security case. When i pointed out the price to the casher, he scanned both bar codes, and the exact same description popped out on the cashiers screen. Only the prices were different. When I brought the discrepancy to the attention of your cashier, I was met with a lack of professionalism. And as for the manager? Oh, she bolted like a bat out of hell, leaving the poor cashier to deal with my justified outrage. She didnt even have the decency to speak with me directly. Cowardly move, Burlington, real classy. When I asked to speak with the store manager, they did not want to give me any information on how to get in contact with them. When I did speak to another manager, they stated the item was purchased after we left EMPLOYEES KEEPING ITEMS FOR THEMSELVES AND MANAGERS HELPING. *Side note please dont be like the woman depicted and skip the line when people have been waiting a half hr before you decided to just slide in and play dumb when youre told something.

1 /5 Dalia Rios: Huge line issues … but they don’t care. You have to be willing to wait hours. Don’t even respond with your lame general statement back. Pay them more or hire more people PERIOD. Corporate greed at the top level.

5 /5 Rosalba Alvizo: I’d like to THANK Margarita the manager of the store. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We stopped by the store last minute as we had to get a new color attire for my husband’s mom funeral. There was a long line as they are short in staff. So we were stuck in a line that would have taken maybe another 45 minutes. The viewing is in 2 hours so I went up to speak to Margarita the manager about our situation and she kindly and compassionate told us to come up to the register and she would cash us out. I greatly appreciated her compassion.
