1 /5 Gloria Urias: I went yesterday 12/1 and it was trashed you cannot not walk in any aisles.. Lazy people just try clothes on and throw in on the floor toys covered the floors to the point you couldn’t even walk in the aisle. The store went to shits you need a good manager and new employees as well they literally walk around doing nothing but just busy on their phones one cashier was open it’s sad ! Do BETTER! Odessa music city mall Burlington.

1 /5 Sead Jasic: Line had over 30+ people waiting to check out and only 1 cashier…. Then another cashier shows up and proceeds to be on her phone… check out process took almost 45 minutes…

1 /5 Luisa Baeza: Becareful in the dressing room because there is a girl that loves to walk in on you. The fitting rooms are locked, ( my mother needed to try something on) so I went and asked for help but the worker I asked for help immediately told me she wasnt the one in charge of the fitting rooms, so I said oh ok sorry. I went back to my mom, she had already gone into a fitting room that someone else had gotten out of. The girl arrives, I let her know I dont need a fitting room anymore that my mother had already gotten into one, she asks me which one, I let her know, she asks me how many pieces of clothing my mother has, I tell her 3 she puts a little sign that says 3. Im waiting outside but I turned around for a bit and a man came out of a fitting room( yes men and women share fitting rooms) the girl went into my mothers fitting room! She doesnt knock she just unlocks with the key and goes in. I tried stop her and tell her my mother is still in there and my mother obviously slammed the door on her but instead of apologizing she raised her voice at me and told me its my fault for not telling her where my mother is! I told her how did I not tell you, you yourself put the sign of 3 pieces of clothing, ( it was the only fitting room that had a sign) she still continues to say its my fault because she didnt know if I was waiting for a man or a woman I told her all this time we have been talking about my mother a women, to top it off even the door were the man came out of was wide open. Im still waiting for my mother to come out and I hear her telling another coworker she has the right to refuse customers service and that she has gotten already into it with other customers. All while Im still there. This girl doesnt knock on doors she just goes in, before everything that happened with my mother went down she had already tried to go into another fitting room where a couple were inside, I had to tell her theres someone in there and I could tell she had gotten already annoyed because despite her unlocking the doors with a KEY! she yelled at them to make sure their doors were locked. Unbelievable!

1 /5 Norma Hix: Went in 12/22/25 and it was loaded with customers and 2 checkers only. Gdaughter need a tissue went to restroom n some nasty person had literally deficated on the restroom floor . It was smeared on the wall and I dont know where else. Quickly left. Tell me how ppl are so filthy and nasty to do this. I wouldnt work in a place where ppl do this type of crap. They couldnt pay me enough. I wish there was a way to know who would do this. Horrible to do this type behavior and leave it.

3 /5 Skydra Simpson: Maybe its just because I went late at night, but the place absolutely is creepy. Doors were propped open, lights were on low, and it was quiet so we heard little chirpy alarms the entire time we were there. Selections are decent. Cashier was kind and efficient, but the only one we saw which concerned me due to the atmosphere.
