5 /5 Trish: Had a great experience at the Carhartt store in Tyler, Texas. The gentleman who helped us was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options, fit and durability without ever rushing us or making us feel sold to.What really stood out was how well he knew the history of the brand and the store itself, and how genuinely proud he seemed to work—just authentic passion and great customer service. That kind of customer service is rare these days and really stood out. The store was clean and well-organized. The whole experience reminded me why Carhartt has such a loyal follwing. Well definitely be back!

5 /5 Jennifer Valdereva: I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Carhartt store in Tyler, Texas, and especially about a young woman who works there Ellsabeth. Every time I walk into this store, it immediately feels warm and reassuring knowing she is there. Ellsabeth is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I feel she truly must go above and beyond for every customer. As a grandparent to a special needs child, finding places where we feel comfortable and welcomed is not always easy, but this is the only store in Tyler where I genuinely feel at ease. From the moment we walk through the door until the moment we leave, Ellsabeth takes the time to help us without ever making us feel rushed or like a burden. She is patient, understanding, and always has an answer to any question we have. Recently when my husband accidentally messed up an online order. Ellsabeth took it upon herself to track everything down, figure out exactly what went wrong, and get it fixed so we still received our order. That level of care and dedication is rare these days. Carhartt is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful staff. The store is always beautifully kept, organized, and welcoming, and the atmosphere reflects the kindness of the people who work there. Ellsabeth and the Tyler Carhartt team truly make this store special, and I will continue coming back because of them.

5 /5 Quiet Verdict: We had the best experience at the Carhartt in Tyler Tx. Michelle was incredibly helpful and was able to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was professional, courteous, and an absolute blast to be with. Side note, the store was immaculate and easy to shop. 10/10 on cleanliness ... Way to go Carhartt, Michelle youre a rockstar !!!
