1 /5 marizol leon: The lady at the register was rude and extremely passive aggressive. First she forced me to sign up for an account, stating she could not move forward with an exchange/return without an account being opened (I had the receipt) this was odd, but, i needed an exchange because the outfit was a Christmas gift and was the wrong size. So i opened an account, i proceeded to check out, and a couple of the items i had gotten were on a up to 75% off clearance rack, it was Christmas pajamas, this made sense. Everything Christmas was going on sale, when she rang them up, they came out full price, i kindly let her know that the pajamas were on the clearance rack and she, very bothered, looked over my shoulder asked me what rack i pointed to it, and there was many more of the same pajamas on that rack, she rolled her eyes, sighed, walked to the rack looked at it moving the pajamas around (aggressively as if making assumptions of some sort) then she grabbed all of the pajamas that were on that rack of the same that i had gotten and slammed them on the counter next to where i was checking out and said, those arent on sale & it says up to 75% off so i can only give you 20% off, at this point Im dumbfounded at her disgusting demeanor, and horrible service, i grabbed the 2 pajamas i had on my pile and moved them on top of where she had put the other pajamas, i exchanged my item and paid the difference. I will never understand unprovoked horrible customer service, its a choice to act like that, and its gross, especially at a big age, i do not recommend this store, will never come back here, i would rather make the drive to round rock.
