E Manny Candy the store associate is the epitome of customer service! She made my entire day going above and beyond to help me. Even while assisting other customers she remained focused on helping me never missed a beat. Not only did she help my pockets (save money) and she also gave me that confidence I needed heading into my interview later this week.

rubber chicken8 After finding some items I went to checkout. Alexia at the cash register rang up the items and offered to sign me up for membership. I agreed. She ran through it quickly and easily. It was a breeze. Once added she notified me of the items on sale and how much I saved. She then encouraged me to use my new membership every time I purchased something so that I could save money. She was knowledgeable and quick at her job. A good worker and a smooth buying experience, I couldnt ask for more. Thanks.

Eyerus O May not have been the best idea to be out today doing errands, but my sons wedding is fastly approaching. As soon as we walked we realized the store was busy, but the service we received was excellent! Specifically with Sergio he made sure everyone in the store was taken care of and not to mention his knowledge of colors, measurements and what would be the best for the wedding group. Sergios positive attitude and efficiency made the trip worthwhile.

brandi woodruff I went in today for a relaxer. Mary provided me with excellent service. She was quick and informative. She referred me to Mizani for aftercare and suggested regular trims to maintain hair growth and retention. Thank you Mari I feel pretty ❤️

Debbie Rieger I like shopping at JC Penney’s. The clothes are good quality and in my budget. Most of the time, the employees are friendly. I didn’t give more stars because of that and last time I was there, upon check out, they talked me into applying for a store card. (I used to have one until it became a card I can use anywhere. I already have those and like the store cards because they are not as apt to be stolen). Anyway, since they said would get an extra 35% off my purchase, I grudgingly applied. When they tried to use the new card number, my purchases didn’t qualify for the discount because everything I bought was on sale! Now I didn’t get the promised discount, and I have a credit card I don’t want!

Angela Cates Gotta love any place that has JoyRide!! The store was clean and the staff was friendly as well. We just ran in between job sites to grab some candy but it was nice. I will say, there was only 2 lanes open so it was self checkout or a long line but I personally would rather use self checkout if I have less than 10 things.
