5 /5 Liz Holcomb: I was in on Wednesday looking for my first pair of boots. They were incredibly helpful, epllaimed everything about fit and wear and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I dont live in the area, but I will be buying from them every time s Im visiting. Super great experience. The gal that helped me was amazing! I think her name was Katie but truthfully Im horrible with names. Highly recommend this store in particular. The other Cavenders we went to first was not as great.

5 /5 boyd bowser: Went to the store to buy some boots, but they did not have my size in stock. I ordered, paid for them and had them shipped to my house. When I got the boots, they had two different size boots in the same box so I called to get the right pair sent to me and the lady was very rude. She instructed me I had to either take them back to the store for a refund and order another set or ship them back and once they receive them, they would send another pair of boots. Horrible customer service and she even acted like it was my fault. I am changing my 1 star rating to a 5 star post because they did do the right thing and sent me another pair of boots. The lady that I felt was rude did send me the boots the next day. So thank you!!

5 /5 Ivaylo Vasilev: Fun and unique place with a great selection of boots and Western wear. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. A must-visit spot if you’re looking for boots with character and a Texas vibe.

5 /5 Skyler Vasquez: This was a huge Cavenders. By far the biggest I’ve been to with a great selection! It was much cleaner than other locations and the fitting rooms were very nice and neat. Parking is right outside the door, easy to get in and out of. The store was organized and clean. Checkout was quick even with a long line. Great location!

2 /5 Christina Puryear: This store needs to learn customer service. My man and I went in last week for work boots and pants. The lady helping us would walk fast and didn’t think my man could shop without her help. He told her what kind of pants he wanted and she kept pointing out other brands that seemed more fancy. He was irritated. He kept looking at me about color. I simply said (so she’d stop pointing the brands he didn’t want) it doesn’t matter they are going to be covered in oil and grease anyways. She then rushed us to the front like the building was on fire. His company was paying for the items, she asked if he wanted one more pair it would only cost him $5 out of pocket. He said yes, then she checked him out without the 4th pair. I don’t know her name, but she was rude walked way too fast, and wouldn’t listen to what the customer wanted/needed and made us feel like we were interrupting her day. (We did not ask for her help, we did not want her help) Another thing, Cavenders needs to have a more modest dress code. Her skirt was very short like she was going to the club. Please have your employees dress in clothes that will save your company from a sexual harassment issue.
