5 /5 Jason Edward Rodriguez: Love this place. Theres a great selection of hats and boots. I got a really nice black, straw cowboy hat for $45. Theres even coats and other accessories, like wallets, buckles, etc. Lots of helpful staff walking around and asking if you need assistance. Make sure you ask for help when choosing boots. Theres a lot that goes into finding the right pair!

4 /5 Kelly Marie: This would be a 5 stars review. This is my home store. The staff is always great, beyond friendly and we love it. I was a little disappointed with how crowded the aisles were. The racks are so close.and so packed it was difficult to look thru things. Having to stop to let people by constantly. The racks that are now so high make it darker in the aisle and make it difficult to see when you are looking for items. Other than that it was a good visit. Jewel checked us out and was funny and friendly, Gavin helped on the floor and was just as nice.

4 /5 Gabe Carnevale: Good experience for the most part. I wanted to tip the guy who reshapes hats, breaking a 20 became a whole task. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to tip one of their employees. Weird stuff.
