2 /5 Meredith Carlson: I have been taking my Client (92) here for more the a year, and we have always been treated amazingly. This morning I took my Client to multiple places, when we decided to stop here because she really wanted a pair of earrings to match the outfit she bought at the Chicos at Baybrook mall. I had to use the restroom really badly and asked the lady working today if I could use the restroom. I was denied the restroom because I wasn’t a customer. Even when I explained that I am her customer’s caregiver (your customer would not even be there buying something if I would not go with her), I was still denied, and only my Client was allowed. I could go outside and find the public restroom. My Client is 92 and this walk from the car to the store was a lot already. She suggested to leave my Client outside, sitting on the concrete “seats” while it was pretty chilly and windy, and find the bathroom. I was pretty stunned by this and it disappointed me that I wasn’t good enough to use the restroom, and she suggested to treat my Client that way to be able to use the restroom. I had to drive home to use the restroom and I hope the Lady was happy with her outcome. Happy Thanksgiving
