Summer Le Anna was so helpful! I was in there last minute to buy a dress for a friends wedding since my original dress didnt arrive in time. She helped me with sizes and zipping, very detailed and made she you were taken care of. Even had heels for me to try with the dresses.

Stephanie Giovanni I took my daughter in to find some new boots. No one said “Hello” or greeted us which was strange considering that there was only one other customer in the store. It was obviously an imposition to them when I asked for help to find a pair of boots in my daughter’s size. We left the Boot Barn empty handed and headed over to a different western wear store where they had excellent customer service. Needless to say, we won’t return to a store where we don’t feel welcomed.
