1 /5 Bender Rodriguez: I recently visited CIS for the first time in a few months, eager to see what had changed since my last trip. Upon entering, I was welcomed by the friendly and familiar faces of my favorite employees, which was the highlight of my visit.
However, I was disappointed to find the store in disarray. It appeared that donated items had been haphazardly tossed onto the racks, resulting in a cluttered and unorganized shopping environment. The neatness and tidiness I remembered have clearly suffered.
Another concerning change is the pricing; items are now priced ridiculously high. During my last visit, the store was spotless and had great deals, which made shopping enjoyable. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone downhill, and I wonder if this decline is due to changes in leadership or simply being understaffed.
Regrettably, CIS is no longer the vibrant and well-organized store I used to love. I hope they can address these issues to restore a positive shopping experience.
