She made me feel so welcome and at peace She helped me every step of the way, and never made me feel like I needed to rush. stacymills123 I would like to take a moment to tell this location was one of the nicest and welcome location in the DFW location. There are some other amazing locations as well the Cedar Hill location as well as the Grand Prairie location as well. Me and my fiance went to several Boot Barn location to try to find a Black Straw Cowboy Hat. My fiance said she was going to call the this location. Someone answer the phone called Tatum. She was very nice a made sure that they had the hat in-stock before making the trip there location. Before making the drive she informed me that she put the hat on hold upon my arrival. After arriving at the location my fiance was so happy of the customer service she brought a pair of nice boots. Thanks Tatum and Gina for a wonderful experience you will have a customer for life we will be returning soon in the near for future purchases.

Frisco Ang Amy was a great help! I needed to return and exchange an item. She was juggling the phone, another customer with an online pick up order, and me. She was kind and helpful to all of us. Often the phone takes precedence over the customer in person, and the customer in store has to wait -which is incorrect. But Amy made us all feel like we were important and we received the attention we needed in a timely manner. Thank you for the great customer service!
