Mia Arroyo I’D GIVE NO STARS! I went to RETURN a purchase from 3 DAYS AGO, it was 2 PANTS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS, AND RECEIPT.
THE MANAGER AND CASHIERS HERE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER OF THEIR RETURN POLICY. This is an EMBARRASSMENT to MELROSE that a so called “MANAGER” CANNOT LEARN to READ and COMPREHEND ITS OWN COMPANY POLICY! They all said NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED BACK TO YOU IN THE FORM OF THE PAYMENT YOU MADE BY CASH OR CARD! THE “MANAGER” KEPT LAUGHING RUDELY AT US FOR NO REASON!
So, I CALLED A WONDERFUL MANAGER FROM MELROSE ON GUADALUPE ST. WHICH WAS VERY POLITE and KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND SHE EVEN EXPLAINED TO THIS MANAGER HOW TO INPUT IT IN THEIR SYSTEM TO ISSUE ME A REFUND, AND THIS WOMAN STILL REFUSED TO DO IT! She then said she had to call HER Supervisor, just to come and tell me “Ok, we’ll make an exception this time only” like she was doing me a favor! NO, THIS IS POLICY!!!
I was EVENTUALLY GIVEN a REFUND AS PER POLICY, NOT AS A FAVOR! So, as the bigger person I apologized and told her “Look, I’m sorry, I’m not trying to make your job harder, but this is your policy.” I guess I had the last laugh lol!
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD, CASH, OR CARD PAYMENT USED FOR PURCHASE AS PER CUSTOMERS CHOICE! It’s stated on the receipt and their website.
