I live in a different part of the US from the Boutique and didn’t realize that I was making a purchase from a single store in Texas and not just an online site. When the dress arrived, I received the nicest note from Cynthia welcoming me to her store with compliments about the dress. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit and I had to return the it, but the return process went very smoothly. I made more online purchases from Cynthia Elliot Boutique and the items arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped with another kind, hand-written note from Cynthia. Her clothes and accessories are unique and beautiful. Cynthia’s customer service is exceptional.

The clothes are diverse — all my friends find something to their specific taste but still a definite “Cynthia look” if that makes sense. They help w suggestions, pull different sizes but only if u want. Great jewelry n other accessories. I drive an hr to get here n it’s always worth it. Love this shop n their great service!

One of those is our annual day after Thanksgiving girls trip to McKinney square to visit Cynthia Elliot Vanlandingham and all of her lovely staff at her adorable shop! We aren’t sure of the exact year we started this, but we do know it’s been well over 30 years! We try on beautiful and unique clothes and model for each other, all the while being pampered by Cynthia and friends! Then, my Mimi gets to pick her favorites for us and surprise us with them at Christmas! It is something I look forward to each year, and every year that goes by becomes more precious.
