Alyssa Quintanilla I want to give a big shoutout to Joanne and the entire team at this Ross. Every time I visit, Joanne is so welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in the store. She sets such a positive tone, and it really shows in how smooth and friendly everything feels.
The staff is always kind and ready to help, and I love that I’m greeted as soon as I walk in — it makes the experience feel personal. The store is consistently clean, organized, and easy to shop. The signs are clear, the aisles are neat, and everything feels well taken care of.
