Amanda B People are usually nice, but they changed the "Amazon Returns " location to the main registers. Now Im having to wait 15+ min in a line to just give them a box... They ALWAYS have extremely slow check outs (because they think 2 people are enough for every day & time of the week) , which is why I dont shop here anymore, but now just to do a return too. I will no longer be using Kohls for Amazon either.

Kimberly Ba I hadn’t been to Kohl’s in a while until last Christmas. The store was organized, clean, and easy to get around, even during the holiday rush. They always have deals, and Kohl’s Cash is a nice bonus. I found some great last-minute gifts without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free shopping experience, and I’ll definitely stop by again.
