cassie woods Recently had a hat monogrammed here and there was a mix up in exactly what I was wanting. The owner immediately offered to replace the hat and redo the work to exactly what we were wanting. So not only is customer service top notch but she’s very reasonably priced and a fast turnaround around. Will def continue to use them.
