Both times they were knowledgeable and quick to help. Both reps had great attitudes. This time it was on Sunday and my screen was black, so I couldnt even see to call Cricket customer service. C Provience We love this place. So glad we can take our prepackaged and labeled amazon returns here. Such a life saver! The woman is always super friendly and remembers my son when he runs in to drop off packages. (he likes getting a candy from the bowl for a job well done) As long as no one is blocking the driveways, super easy in and out experience! Thank you! Oh and they carry different little gifts too. We may have bought the build a wooden rubberband shotgun. Haha.
