5 /5 Juan Robledo: I recently had a fantastic visit to the Everlane store in Austin, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. It was a pleasure to browse with support available right when I needed it. They struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving me space to shop. The true highlight of my experience, however, was the outstanding service provided by Francisco. After leaving the store, I realized I had an issue with an earlier online order. I called the store, and Francisco was able to patiently and efficiently sort out the entire online order for me over the phone. That level of dedication and seamless support between the in-store and online experience is truly rare and so appreciated! Im already looking forward to my next visit. This store and its amazing team have definitely earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely be coming back!

5 /5 Madison: I have shopped here a few times, and have always had a great experience. But this recent visit was worth posting about! The staff is always so welcoming and cheerful. Ontario greeted us as soon as we walked in. I was there to look for some jeans and walked out with exactly what I wanted. Not only was Ontario so friendly, he was also able to provide me with recommendations of what would be most comfortable for me. And of course I picked my own clothes out and tried on his suggestions as well. His suggestions were so spot on that I ended up putting the ones I picked back and left with the ones he had suggested. Amazing customer service and excellent staff.

5 /5 Stephanie Wilson-Wagner: I recently rediscovered Everlane, and the Austin storefront is a nice showroom offering a great customer experience. I shopped with the brand in San Francisco when they first launched then abandoned them when they went through some internal struggles. They’re back better than before with good basics that feel current but not trendy. Easy staples at a reasonable price for the quality. The entire Austin staff is wonderful. They’re warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they seem to genuinely enjoy offering styling advice.
