Nikki The young African-American woman working behind the counter is extremely rude and told me it was a “big pass” on everything. She seems like she had no idea what she was doing, considering one of her coworkers had to tell her to come help me at the register, just seemed plain lazy, all of the employees! Except for the redheaded one, She was the only one actually doing something. I’ve read multiple reviews on this place before I even came, and I was skeptical, because all of the reviews are bad, saying that they’re employees are just not good. But, I came anyways to give them a chance, needless to say I will not be returning!

Sarah Says This place is a GEM! if I could give 10 stars I would! This is a boutique style experience with thrift shop prices! My fashionista husband and I spent quite some time in here finding all kinds of goodies, unique clothing and a few antique dishes. The staff and customers are very friendly and helpful! There are books, furniture, dish wares, housewares, clothing, jewelry and all kinds of goodies! A MUST STOP for anyone who loves a good thrift shop!

Alexander Santos ***FOR ENTITLED CUSTOMERS***: Keep in mind that these stores only accept clean, trending clothes from certain brands that the younger demographic actually buys. That’s not the employees’ choice, they’re simply following instructions from higher ups . They also typically don’t take formal wear, and staff will tell you that when you turn in your clothes. Walking in with dress clothes and expecting a payout will only lead to disappointment, and complaining to the staff won’t change that, Mr. or Mrs. Karen. Plenty of people claim their clothes are “practically brand new,” yet when staff checks, they find stains on the inside or other areas. Who’s going to buy that? If your items don’t meet the store’s standards, it’s not personal it’s policy. Retail workers already deal with enough nonsense on the job. Show them the same respect you expect in return. Before you snap at an employee, ask yourself, how would you feel in their shoes? If this hurts your feelings, take it as a reality check.. the whole world doesn’t revolve around you :)

Christin Guidry I came in today looking for a needle in a haystack! I had an idea of what I was looking for but nothing concrete. Omar and Abby went above and beyond to help me! Although they didn’t have what I needed in store, they were able to find the item at a different location close by, call that store and have them put it on hold for me until I could get there. They really made it possible for my gift to happen and I completely understand the name Rally House! Omar and Abby really rallied for me today and I’m so grateful!
