Express - (Near Frisco, TX)

1 /5 Dylan Nguyen: The front desk checkout experience was extremely disappointing. The woman assisting me was incredibly slow, making the whole process take much longer than it should have. Her lack of urgency made it feel like my time didn’t matter. Overall, it was one of the least professional checkout experiences I’ve ever had.

1 /5 Steve Pena: This store is always a disaster, which is a shame because I like Express Mens clothes. There was no special sale or occasion today. This is what the store looked like. Not all Express stores look like this, but most times Ive been to this one, it does. Also, the last two visits, Ive been helped by no staff other than the cashier. I hope corporate sees this and does something about it and not just reply with the "generic" form response that I now see is used on many of the other reviews with similar complaints about customers experiences.

1 /5 Kristina Blackwell: I can’t find the store in the mall. And this mall has no maps so there is no way to figure out where the store is. And whenever you call the store, you get a really weird messaging service instead of a real person who could help me find the store. I don’t know maybe it’s a really nice store, but I never did find it.

1 /5 Donivan Dahliah: There wasnt a 0 star rating. I dont usually leave reviews but the sevice and disrespect me and my family received this past week was unacceptable. We walked in and every single employee we tried to flag down was either on their phone or said they were to busy to help us . Meanwhile, they were chatting amongst themselves and folding apparel. When we went up to checkout, I believe Martha was her name. Extremely rude and dismissive. When I had informed her of the inattentiveness of her associates, she told me to take it up with the district manager, Not even supplying me with the number before demanding i move proceeding to take the next customer. I was very disheartened by the lack of service , and awful treatment of the customers by staff. This is not the first instance that I have witnessed here but this was the first time anything ever directly took place involving me and my family. I really love this brand , what a shame that the Stonebriar location does not live up to its values!

1 /5 Ewa Hasiec: Manager was rude at the front desk. Bad mouthed me and said that she is just trying to help me. She wasn’t listening to the girl that was trying to do my return and exchange. They should train their employees better. This is the second time that I was there and it took twenty minutes to do a return and exchange with the sales associate. To top it off the blazer I got and paid full price for was on the sale rack- only one and she told me it’s not on sale when the sales associate said it was 50 percent off. Will definitely go to another express in the area.
