I went in a few days ago and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to buy when coming in, but he approached me and ended up helping me pick out exactly what I wanted. Anytime that I return Ill make sure to ask if he’s here to help me out. Overall, the store is nice and clean.

5 /5 HeatherNikole: My store experience was phenomenal! I needed minimal assistance while shopping because I knew exactly what I wanted. At the register, I was assisted by an associate, Calvin A. He was so pleasant and engaging. His personality and customer service was stellar. He politely exchanged my double breasted blazer to the correct size and guess what else..... provided me with a suit cover bag!!! I was estastic with the gesture, because the original store I purchased from never offered or provided! Im not a frequent shopper at First Colony Mall, but Calvin would be a reason to return and shop at the Sugarland location.

5 /5 Armando Felipe: My family and I shop here from time to time, this is a very nice department store, with a good selection to choose from, organized and with enough sales associates to assist you. Last time I came, It was on a weekend rush; young manager at the register was professional, attentive, respectful and with a good taste to notch all up! I was impressed by how he was able to take care of several customers including me, all withing a very reasonable time frame, while still holding on to smile on his face. If youare thinking, oh well, this is the way It should be! Make no mistake... Nowadays you probably understand, "no waiting time" Its also important! Yes, especially inside the realm of the retail industry. Good Job Express, and two thumbs up to the manage who, unfortunately, Ive forgotten his name...Keep up the good work!
